Who we are
This website is run by Red Chillies Interiors L.L.C, 1st Floor, 4B Street, Behind Times Square Center, Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything about this notice or your information, email info@redchilliesinteriors.com or call +971 4 280 8863.
When you contact us
The contact form on this site does not store your details on our server. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you send it there yourself. The same applies to the WhatsApp, call and email links on every page.
What reaches us is what you choose to send: usually your name, phone number, email, the type of project and its location. Each enquiry carries a short reference code (for example RC-AB123) so we can match your message to the page you came from. We keep a copy of enquiries in our company email so we can reply and follow up.
How we use your information
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a proposal and, if you go ahead, run your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
We share details only where the work needs it, for example with a developer or an authority when we apply for a permit on your behalf, or with a specialist working under our contract on your project.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how people arrive (search, social, direct), the type of device and the approximate city. It also counts taps on the call, WhatsApp and email links and use of the contact form, with the reference code, so we can see which pages bring enquiries. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It does not give us your name or contact details.
Two other features set or use cookies only when you use them:
- Language menu. Choosing a language loads Google Translate, which stores your choice in a cookie called
googtrans. - Videos. Our videos play from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and only load when you press play.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. The site works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or project, and project records for as long as the law and our contracts require. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our account, after which Google deletes it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it for a project or a legal reason. Email info@redchilliesinteriors.com and we will reply.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date on it. Last updated 4 November 2026.
