Bespoke furniture
Dining tables, consoles, desks, seating frames, headboards and one-off custom woodcraft — drawn for your room, made by our 40+ in-house craftsmen in Al Quoz, and installed by the same team. Supplied on its own or as part of a full fit out.
Most furniture sold as custom in Dubai is a showroom design with the dimensions or the finish changed, built in a factory you will never see. Bespoke is different: the piece starts as a blank drawing of your room, and the proportions, the joinery, the timber and the finish are all decided for that one space. The difference shows the day a sideboard lands flush against a skirting it was drawn around, instead of a centimetre short of it.
We do this inside our own workshop in Al Quoz Industrial First, the same facility that makes our kitchens, wardrobes and panelling. Because the furniture is made alongside the fitted joinery for the same project, the veneer on the dining table can be cut from the same flitch as the wall panelling behind it, and the people who machine the panels answer to the project manager you deal with.
What we make
Each piece is drawn, sampled and made for the room it goes into. Where a related service has its own page, the card links to it.

Solid timber, veneered and stone-topped tables sized to the seat count and the room, with benches and matching chairs where wanted.

Entrance consoles, sideboards and side tables built to a drawing, often in the same veneer as the joinery around them.

Home-office desks, executive desks, boardroom tables and reception counters with cable management designed in, not drilled in afterwards.

Dining chairs, majlis seating and bench frames made in the workshop and passed straight to our own upholstery team.

Bed frames, panelled or upholstered headboards and nightstands, made as one set with the wardrobes so the finishes match.

Carved, fluted and sculpted timber pieces, screens, room dividers and one-off commissions that sit between furniture and architecture.
How it is made
Five stages, all on one site. You sign off a drawing and a sample before anything is cut, so what arrives is what you approved.
Send us a referenceMost briefs start as a photograph, a Pinterest board or a piece seen in a hotel. We take that, the room it is going into and how it will be used — a dining table for eight that also hosts homework is a different table — and measure the space on site rather than from a plan. Door widths, lift sizes and stair turns are checked at this stage, because a one-piece table that cannot get into the apartment is a problem no finish can fix.
A dimensioned drawing of every component: leg section, apron depth, top thickness, joint type, hardware and finish. If a proportion in the reference image will not stand up in solid timber at the size you need, we say so here and draw the alternative. You approve the drawing before it is priced in detail.
Timber species, veneer leaf, lacquer colour, stone and fabric samples are presented together, so a walnut top is agreed against the actual bronze of the base and the actual fabric of the chairs. We keep a signed sample as the standard the finished piece is checked against.
Machining, joinery, assembly and spray finishing happen in our own workshop in Al Quoz. Solid timber is conditioned before it is machined so it has already moved before it is joined. Every piece is dry-assembled, checked against the drawing and the sample, and photographed before it is wrapped.
Our own team delivers, positions and, where the design calls for it, fixes or scribes the piece to the wall or floor. Snags are closed by the people who made it, not by a courier.

Specification & cost
We quote each piece from its shop drawing rather than from a rate per item, so you can see what each decision costs before you commit. These are the decisions that move it.
A solid walnut or oak top uses far more material and more machining time than a veneered one, and must be designed to move with the seasons. Veneer over a stable core gives the same grain, book-matched if wanted, with less movement and less cost. We use both, and tell you where each is the right call.
Oiled or lacquered timber, open-pore or filled-grain, matt or gloss PU, stained or natural. A high-gloss lacquer is sprayed in multiple coats and flatted between each, which is slower and costlier than a matt oil. The finish is chosen against the sample, not described on a quote.
Brass or powder-coated steel bases, marble and quartz tops, fluted glass fronts. Each brings its own supplier and lead time. Stone tops are templated after the base is made, never from a drawing.
A straight-legged table and a sculpted console in the same timber are not the same job. Curves, carved profiles and parametric forms are machined and hand-finished, and the drawing stage takes longer because there is more to get right.
When the furniture is part of a wider fit out, matching veneer leaves and lacquer batches across the dining table, the panelling and the wardrobes is planned at production, which is only possible because both are made on the same floor.
Set by the drawing and sample approvals, the availability of the specified timber or stone, and the size of the batch. We give dated milestones before production starts rather than an estimate on the phone, and flag long-lead materials at quotation.
A reference image, the room dimensions and a sense of the finish you like is enough to start. We will come back with a drawing, a sample plan and a measured view on cost and lead time.
Common questions
What bespoke means, how it is priced, what you approve and what arrives. If yours is not here, call +971 50 448 3095.
In practice, custom usually means an existing design with the size, fabric or finish changed. Bespoke means the piece is designed from scratch for your room, your use and your other furniture, with its own shop drawing and sample sign-off. Both can be good. The question to ask any supplier is whether you will see a dimensioned drawing before production, and where the piece is actually made.
It depends on material, finish and complexity far more than on size. A veneered sideboard in a matt lacquer sits at one end; a solid walnut dining table with a brass base and a hand-rubbed finish at the other. We price each piece from its drawing after the sample is agreed, so you see the cost of every decision and can adjust before committing.
Yes, and most briefs start that way. We redraw the piece for your dimensions and your use, and tell you honestly if a detail in the photograph will not work in the material at the size you need. We will not copy a designer’s protected design, but we will build a piece in the same spirit that is genuinely yours.
Yes. Our workshop in Al Quoz Industrial First handles machining, joinery, assembly and spray finishing, with our own upholstery team alongside. Nothing is placed with a third-party factory, which is why the finished piece matches the sample you signed off and the programme holds.
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons clients commission furniture from us rather than a showroom. Veneer leaves and lacquer batches are allocated across the dining table, the panelling and the wardrobes at production, so the grain and the colour run through the room instead of nearly matching.
If it is designed for it, yes. Timber moves as humidity changes, and a room that swings between a humid summer and a dry, air-conditioned interior is hard on a solid top. We condition the timber before machining, use breadboard ends, slotted fixings and floating tops where the design needs them, and choose veneer over a stable core where a large flat surface would otherwise cup.
Yes. The frame is made in the joinery workshop and passed to our own upholstery team for webbing, foam and fabric or leather. Sofas, armchairs, headboards and dining chairs are covered on the custom furniture and upholstery page.
Yes. Reception desks, boardroom tables, display plinths, restaurant tables and banquette frames are a regular part of our commercial fit outs, including the Polygon office in Al Quoz and Accogliente in JVC. Commercial pieces are specified for wear, cleaning and, where required, fire performance.
Yes. We deliver and install across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Recent residential work includes The Dahlia in Abu Dhabi.
