Joinery & bespoke furniture
Kitchens, wardrobes, panelling, doors and bespoke furniture made in our Al Quoz workshop by 40+ in-house craftsmen — for homeowners and businesses direct, and as a joinery subcontractor to contractors and design studios that do not have a factory of their own.
Ask where the work is actually made. Most interior firms place your kitchen or wardrobe with a third-party factory, mark it up, and lose control of the detail somewhere between the drawing and the delivery note. When a tolerance slips or a veneer doesn’t match, the conversation becomes a chain of phone calls.
We make it ourselves. Our facility in Al Quoz Industrial First runs carpentry, machining, spray finishing and assembly under one roof, with a 40-strong production team. Your drawings go to our own floor, and the people who cut the panels answer to the same project manager you do.
That factory is also open to the trade. Fit-out contractors, interior design studios, developers and operators without a workshop bring us their joinery packages, and we manufacture to their drawings under their contract. How that works is on the joinery subcontractor page.
What we make
Every piece is made to measure for the space it goes into — not adapted from a catalogue.

Modular and fully bespoke kitchens, islands, tall units and pantries, with stone or solid-surface worktops.

Hinged, sliding and handleless fitted wardrobes, and walk-in dressing rooms with islands and lit display — each with its own page.

Fluted, slatted and veneered wall panelling, parametric ceilings, and feature walls with integrated lighting.

TV units and media walls with the cables inside the wall, under-stair storage, study desks, utility and laundry units.

Bar counters, wine display walls with climate units, and butler’s pantries built into the architecture.

Reception desks, cash wraps, display plinths and shopfitting for offices, clinics and retail spaces.

Console tables, dining tables, desks, headboards, benches and one-off pieces, upholstered by our own upholstery team where required.

Invisible and flush door systems, arched niches, alcove claddings and skirting to match the scheme.

Subcontract and trade joinery for fit-out firms, design studios, developers and operators without a factory: made to your drawings, under your contract, supply-only or installed.
In the workshop
Four stages, all on one site in Al Quoz. Nothing leaves for an outside factory and comes back as a surprise.
Talk to the workshopWe measure the opening on site — not from the architect’s plan — and produce shop drawings showing every panel, joint and hardware position for your sign-off.
Veneer, laminate, lacquer, solid timber and stone samples presented together, so the finish is agreed before anything is cut. Moisture-resistant boards where humidity demands it.
Panels are CNC-cut and edge-banded in-house, then sprayed and cured in our own finishing area. Hardware is fitted and every unit is dry-assembled and checked before it leaves the floor.
Our own installers fit the work, scribe it to the walls and adjust the hardware on site. Snags are closed by the team that made the piece.
Interior joinery
Three things decide whether joinery lasts in Dubai: who makes it, what it is made from, and whether the same people install it. All three sit under one roof in Al Quoz.
Everything fixed to the building that is not structure: kitchens, wardrobes, panelling, doors and frames, skirtings and architraves, media walls, vanities, bars and reception counters. Drawn from a site survey, made as panels and units in the workshop, and scribed to the room on installation.
Moisture-resistant MDF as the core in kitchens, bathrooms and on external walls, standard board where it stays dry. Natural and engineered veneer pressed onto that core and matched across doors and panels; sprayed PU lacquer where the scheme is painted; high-pressure laminate where the wear is; solid timber for edges, slats and frames. Edges sealed with 2mm ABS and PUR adhesive.
A production team of 40+ craftsmen in Al Quoz Industrial First covering carpentry, machining, edge-banding, veneering, spray finishing, assembly and installation, with our own upholstery alongside. Shop drawings are produced in-house from our own survey. The installers who fit the work are the people who made it, which is why snags are closed quickly and finishes match the sample.

Specification
Dubai’s humidity and summer heat are hard on cabinetry. What survives it is the right board, the right edge and the right hardware — specified honestly rather than to hit a price.
Moisture-resistant MDF (MR MDF, EN 622-5 MDF.H — the board with the green core) and marine-grade ply in kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. Standard MDF only where it will stay dry. We tell you which board is going where, and why.
Natural and engineered veneer, book-matched across door fronts where the grain should run through. High-pressure laminate (HPL), acrylic, and PU lacquer sprayed and cured in our own booth.
2mm ABS edge banding applied with PUR hot-melt adhesive, not the 0.4mm tape that lifts at corners after two Dubai summers. Lipped solid timber edges where the detail calls for it.
Soft-close hinges and runners from Blum, Hettich and Hafele, with three-axis adjustment, anti-jump devices on sliding systems, and handleless or push-to-open options.
Quartz, granite, porcelain and solid surface, templated on site after the carcasses are installed rather than from drawings.
Profile-recessed LED in shelving, wardrobes and display niches, wired and driver-housed so the fitting stays serviceable.
Whether it is one kitchen or the joinery package for a whole villa, send what you have — drawings, a moodboard or photographs of the space — and we will come back with a measured view on cost and lead time.
Common questions
Cost, lead times, materials and what actually arrives on site. If yours is not here, call +971 50 448 3095.
It depends far more on specification than on size. As a guide, a fitted wardrobe in laminate with standard hardware sits at the lower end, the same wardrobe in matched veneer with Blum soft-close and integrated lighting can be several times that, and kitchens run higher again once worktops and appliance housings are included. We price joinery line by line in a BOQ after measuring on site, so you can see the cost of each decision and adjust before committing.
Survey, shop drawings and your approval come first, then production in our own workshop. Lead time depends on the size of the package and on any imported material, and we give you dated milestones before production starts. Highly figured veneers, imported stone or specialist hardware can extend that, and we will tell you at quotation stage rather than after you have committed.
We make it ourselves. Our workshop in Al Quoz Industrial First handles machining, edge-banding, spray finishing and assembly, with a 40-strong in-house production team. Nothing is placed with a third-party factory, which is why our programmes hold and the finish matches the sample you signed off.
Carpentry is work cut and fixed on site — studwork, framing, first fix. Joinery is made in a workshop to measured drawings and then installed: kitchens, wardrobes, panelling, doors. The distinction matters commercially, because joinery depends on the machining and finishing a factory can hold, not on what can be achieved with hand tools in a half-built room.
Veneer is a thin layer of real timber, so the grain is genuine and can be matched and book-matched across doors — but it needs care and can be repaired if damaged. Laminate is a printed decorative surface that is harder wearing, more forgiving in kitchens and bathrooms, and considerably cheaper. On most villas we use both: veneer where the eye lands, laminate where the wear is.
If it is specified for it, yes. We use moisture-resistant board in kitchens, bathrooms and laundry areas, seal exposed edges properly, and allow movement in solid timber components. The failures you see in Dubai usually come from standard MDF being used in wet areas to save money, and from edges left unsealed where water can get in.
Yes. A good share of our joinery work is supply-and-install for clients whose interiors are being built by someone else, or who simply want one kitchen or a run of wardrobes. We will coordinate with your main contractor on sequencing and site access.
Yes. The workshop also takes trade work from contractors, design studios, developers and operators who do not own a factory. We manufacture to their drawings under their contract, supply-only or installed by our own fitters, and stay in the background with their client. The full arrangement is described on the joinery subcontractor page.
Yes, and we prefer to. Send the design intent and we will produce shop drawings from our own site survey, flag anything that will not build as drawn, and get your designer’s sign-off before production starts.
Yes. We deliver and install joinery across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Recent work includes a villa at Yas Acres in Abu Dhabi and Platform Health Club in Sharjah.
