Landscape & outdoor
The outdoor works at a villa in Quortaj, Al Furjan — pool and glass balustrade, stone decking, side terrace and planting, with the drainage and lighting underneath.
The outdoor areas of a private villa at Quortaj, Al Furjan, transformed into a calm, resort-inspired setting designed for family use rather than for photographs.
The scope covered the swimming pool, deck areas, circulation paths and soft landscaping as one coordinated design. Pool, garden and outdoor seating resolve into a single composition, with a glass balustrade keeping sightlines open across the plot.
Landscape work in Dubai is a drainage and services exercise first. Falls, sub-surface drainage, irrigation and lighting circuits were set out before any stone was laid, because retrofitting them means lifting the deck. Materials were specified for direct sun and pool chemistry rather than appearance alone.
